About
Shivansh Agarwal is an advocate, faculty member and litigation consultant. A graduate of Ramjas College and Campus Law Centre, Delhi University, he is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association.
His practice covers PMLA, the Cosmetics Act, the Negotiable Instruments Act and a broad mix of commercial and criminal litigation. He teaches white-collar crime, financial regulation and commercial dispute resolution at PIPS India.
